Serve in Catholic Education
For 175 years, Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis have partnered with families as the premier way to provide an excellent education that forms students in mind, heart and soul. We are proud of the history, success and proven benefits of Catholic education. Today, our Catholic schools continue to build on this tradition of excellence in serving more than 31,000 preschool–12 students in 78 elementary schools and 16 high schools. Our committed leaders and educators make it possible.
We invest in our Catholic school leaders and educators through:
- Free master’s degrees: We provide tuition-free master’s degrees to every full-time teacher in our archdiocese through the University of St. Thomas and the Saint Paul Seminary.
- Ongoing professional development and formation
- Partnerships with major universities
- Opportunities for growth
Lead Catholic
Behind every story of excellence in a Catholic school is extraordinary leadership. Our Catholic school leaders have a passion for the evangelizing mission of Catholic education and use their skills to ensure a vibrant Catholic culture and a flourishing future.
Teach Catholic
We know education is not merely transferring knowledge, but transforming the soul. We know truth, goodness and beauty change lives. And we know forming the future of the Church and society is a high calling. That’s why we provide the support and training our Catholic school teachers need to excel in the classroom.
